- TVEP has initiated a number of projects to enhance the intake and quality of skills into the engineering sector; We are currently developing after school engineering clubs, we have engineers based in schools. We are progressing with our army recruitment initiatives and running our next First Line Managerial Training Programme.

- TVEP have pioneered Technology Master-classes to ensure Tees Valley Engineering companies are at the forefront of technological developments. Our technology challenge also sets out to assist SME’s with technology transfer by improving their working practices. TVEP are also developing the concept of a Research and design centre of excellence for the Tees Valley.
