The family run company is a supplier of design, fabrication and welding and will now be able to offer Precision Machining to its Clients, as Managing Director Jamie Brown explains.

“Following our investment in new steel plate rolling machinery earlier in the year, our capabilities have been further enhanced with a major investment in precision machining facilities. We met Tony Livingstone through the Tees Valley Engineering Partnership’s open forums. Bringing Tony into the Francis Brown’s team with his experience of the marine, oil and gas industries along with his precision machining expertise means our customers benefit from us having a ‘one stop shop’ for all their engineering requirements. We can manufacture from small components and assemblies to items that can weigh up to 50 tonnes in a broad array of materials from plastics to steels to stainless steels and exotic alloys”.

Francis Brown Limited is a major success story on Teesside supplying its services all over the UK and beyond. Its order book continues to grow with new and existing contracts being won well ahead of estimated target sales. Managing Director Mr. Brown goes on to say “The success of the business can be attributed to many things, but not least the emphasis on high quality, customer service and the dedication of its workforce with world class skills”.

The future is very bright for Francis Brown Limited; the investment of the machining facility is seen as a massive step forward to increasing the number of 'raving fans' as customers. Further information can be found at www.francisbrown.co.uk
