Tees Valley Business Awarded Multi-Million Paund personnel Contracts

Wolviston Management Services Limited, based in Stockton-on-Tees, has been awarded two major personnel contracts, for blue chip clients, Huntsman and SABIC, worth a combined total in excess of £3 million.

Wolviston Management Services Limited, based in Stockton-on-Tees, has been awarded two major personnel contracts, for blue chip clients, Huntsman and SABIC, worth a combined total in excess of £3 million.

The International Project Management and Specialist Technical Recruitment and Employment Service, which is an active member of the Tees Valley Engineering Partnership, has secured a two year extension to its existing contract with Huntsman Tioxide and Huntsman Polyurethanes.

The contract, covering the recruitment of both temporary and permanent employees, was originally awarded in January 2004, and has now been extended until December 2008.

Wolviston Management has also been awarded a new 2 year contract with SABIC UK for the provision of temporary agency personnel, making it one of only two major suppliers to the Wilton site.


The Wolviston Group of companies currently employs more than 1150 personnel and boasts an impressive commercial annual turnover of £25 million pounds. Its principal business is as a supplier, consultant and specialist contractor to a large number of major oil and gas operating companies in the United Kingdom and overseas, including Uniquema, Lucite, Invista, Huntsman and Shell.

In 2006, the company acquired YOH UK Staffing Solutions, part of the America-based YOH group, which provides specialised staffing services for knowledge and technology companies worldwide.
